It work and is fully functional. I decided to exclude this command on Windows Server 2012+ because there is a built-in cmdlet called Install-AdcsCertificationAuthority in the AdcsInstallation module. Both commands provides the same functionality and rely on the same underlying API. Since there is an equivalent from Microsoft, it is preferred to use their implementation.
